Cecilia ValdiviezoCecilia is a SAMS Ireland Latin Partner in Salta, Argentina. She came to Northern Ireland in 2005 and made a big impact with her dynamic ministry in many churches. She returned to Salta and is now the co-ordinator of the Red Box project establishing education and development projects through local churches.
